Five outstanding cartoonist invited to be the Juries of the World Cartoon Festival on "Silencing the Guns in Africa". They are Angel Boligan (Mexico), Vasco Gargalo (Portugal), Marilena Nardi (Italy), Paul Kelemba (Kenya) and Masoud Ziaei (Iran).
